"Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakes."

-C. G. Jung

My psychotherapy approach is woven with kindness, sincerity and practicality and in our work together, I will invite you to look for your inner strengths, known as your natural gifts.

I use techniques that are creative, experiential, exciting and transformational such as guided imagery, breath-work, chair-work, dreams, mindfulness, EMDR, and BPS as well as traditional talk therapy.

The relational part of psychotherapy is very important to me, and with my guided questions, you will be invited to find your own answers to improve your own sense of self and to deepen your connection with yourself and others.  I can assist you to look at the overall tapestry of your life, and by making sense of your existence, you can move more easily from more subjective to objective experiences where you'll have less hurt and sorrow. Our work together will offer you an opportunity to soar above the current mundane levels of your life and to find the joy you have been searching for.
